The Summit Council is a 100% volunteer group of people whose only goal is to improve the quality of life in our community. Our biggest project is our Family Assistance Fund, which makes grants to our friends and neighbors who are temporarily dealing with difficult times.  We fund, to the extent that funds are available, the basics of life: food, clothing, shelter.  When called upon to do so and when there is a financial need, we also help fund funeral expenses and other tragic necessities. All of this is done without fanfare and in full respect of the dignity and privacy of the recipients. 

Contributions to our Family Assistance Fund will be used entirely to help us fund this vital service.  The number of needy people who seem invisible in suburbia is staggering.

​Contributions will put food on someone’s table, a coat on a child’s back, or keep a roof over a family’s head.  On behalf of our neighbors who will be helped, we thank you in advance.
